Drink your Water No Soda:
My first Glow-Up tip for this summer is to stay hydrated!! I know it is a repeated tips but that is because it is key, I know we have days where we are not all for water but start the next day. I would recommend 2litres a day, start your day with a pint of water each day to hydrated your body from the night sleep of no water. Try have no fizzy drinks or soda days.
Drink your Green Tea:
Drinking green tea is usually my go too and I have been lacking on this but this week I am going to drink more green tea. Especially in the morning after your glass of water. I remember a couple of years ago I drank about 3-4 cups of green tea, I think it might have been peppermint tea, but anyways I lost about 2-3 pounds that week!! Yes 2-3 pounds and the tea was the only thing I done different that week, so don’t slack on the tea girls.

Coconut Oil:
This summer I know we want to have glowing perfect skin, so here is a tip I have seen, COCONUT OIL! most of you probably already know about this but this new to new and I am obsessed and excited to see the results after using it long term. So, I use coconut oil has a hair mask, my nails and hands I do use the smallest bit as I hate the feeling of coconut oil on my hands lol. You can also use it for your eyelashes and eyebrows too but I haven’t because I am scared to get it in my eyes lol. I always get my creams and serums in my eyes when doing my skin routine.
Skin Routine:
Your Summer skin routine should be different than your winter routine. This is due to having heavy moisturiser for colder times of the years and tight moisturiser for hot summers, While wearing heavy moisturisers during the summer can lead to you getting spots or acne from sweating. You also have to build sun cream in to your routine to protect your skin from developing skin cancer and skin pre-cancers.

Summer Hair Cut:
It is summer time and your hair needs a new cut or a change of style for hot girl summer. A summer cut just freshens up your hair and most people like to go blonder during the summer. So, why not for your summer glow up try something different. If you don’t want to change your style or cut your hair why don’t you just get a fresh curly blow dry and feel like a bad b****.
New Summer Makeup Routine:
New Summer Routine is ritual during the hot months, you need to switch to lighter foundation, concealers and maybe a more natural look. The hot weather can cause the full face makeup look to sweat off your face, causing more spots.
Summer Scent:
This is something I have not ever done for summer but I am considering it. Imagine a summery scent for hot girl summer for your glow up. This is sounds exciting but for me most perfumes make me sneeze a lot so this might be hard for me to find a new scent. I am loving my perfume from Zara and it is so affordable and doesn’t make me sneeze so I might start there.
New Piercings & More Tattoos:
Okay this is probably just me but during the summer I am always wanting to get new tattoos and piercing so, this summer I am making it a plan! I have so many tattoo ideas and I am so exciting to maybe get them lol.
Healthy Foods:
Healthy foods lead you feeling good ad happier, trust me when I am eating good I swear I am my most happiest, I feel like I can take on the world compared to when I am missing meals or munching at night and getting takeaways, the different is huge and I would recommend eating healthier meals this summer to feel good and give your the best glow up. Eating healthy can have a positive impact on your mind, skin and body. I find it is a lot easier to eat healthier during the summer cause of the sun and wanting to look good.
Hot Summer Walk & Hike:
There is no better time to get out of the house and go for a walk than during the summer. So, far this summer I have gone for a lot more walks when the sun is out, the dogs love the sun plus I am getting my steps in listening to my favourite songs, favourite podcast, just living and enjoying the smalls things in life.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog post and good luck with you summer glow up, I love you here your summer tips to glowing up and if you have any recommendation for podcasts I would love to hear them.
Bye Until Next Time!

I hate the oily feel of coconut oil, but cannot get away from how good it is for my skin and hair so I use it on my skin and hands, but have yet to try it in my hair. I am inspired to give it another try after reading this. 🙂

Love all these tips! One thing I need to work on is drinking more water. I’m so bad at drinking water I always end up drinking way less than I should.
