Hello my loves, I hope everyone had the best week and weekend and is ready to prep for the week a head! Sunday is by far my favourite day because I get to be productive and get shit done oh yea and also relax !!
This week’s Sunday Blog is based on how to start your week off right! We do this by prepping on Sunday, here are the list of things we can do on Sunday to ensure that we have the most productive week. If you have any suggestion or more tips, I would love to here your ideas.
Part 1 of my Sunday Blog Post: Sunday Self Care Routine
- Weekly planner

A weekly planner is one of my favourite things to do on a Sunday, something about being organised for the week with appointments, days I’m working, setting days and time to focus on my blog and sticking to it!
Food Shop & Organised Meals:
I know I have spoke about this before in my previous Sunday Blog, but it is something I do every Sunday that just sets me up for the week and that is my Food shop and meal prepping. I usually do a half shop until Wednesday or Thursday that way I’m not bulk buying and there is no food waste also. I plan my lunches and dinner and usually if there is any left over dinner I’ll have them for lunch the next day. This left with eating healthy, food waste and especially if your busy and not in the mood to cook anything.
Set Days of Workouts:
This is something I have just taught of today, that I am going to try and do. So if you read my previous blog that is based on my Fundraising that I am doing, where I have to walk 200’000 steps in June. If I am being honest it’s not going so well lol, I don’t walk a lot as I’m working at a desk. So, I have to do extra walks to try boost up my steps but anyway. I am looking forward to seeing how the week goes with my walks and maybe try fit in a workout or 2. I think we all have to remember that if something doesn’t work, we fix it and try again!
Self-Care Sunday for me is all about my relaxation, watching my favourite TV programs which atm is Love Island and Station 19. I also try to organise my work area for where I write my blogs, do my makeup looks, which I am excited about getting back into. Honestly Self Care is about doing what makes you feel good and makes you smile.

Change your Sheets & Get your Clothes Ready for Monday:
Changing your sheets on a Sunday is a must! I mean who doesn’t love fresh sheets. Than having your shower, doing your skin care routine and jumping into a lovely fresh bed! OMG it sounds so good! Another thing I do to set myself up for the week is getting my clothes ready the night before, especially for Monday morning. For me Monday morning are the hardest to get up because I’ve been sleeping in all weekend lol.
